01How is the report personalised?
Your card network, issuing country, wallet plan, phone setup, destination, travel timing and reported issues shape the readiness indicator, the fix order, the wallet guidance and the fallbacks.
02What do I need to answer?
A four-step form: your trip details, your payment setup, what has gone wrong, and your email. It takes a few minutes. There is an optional notes field if you want to explain a specific problem.
03When will I get it?
Immediately after a successful ¥36.6 payment. You'll land on a private report page and receive an email link. The report is designed to be read on a phone and printed.
04Does buying the report include the ¥1 test?
No. They are separate products. The report asks whether you've tested your card and what happened, and incorporates that answer. You can buy the test separately at any time.
05Can I read it in another language?
Yes. Use the language control on the report page to read it in English, Spanish, French, Japanese or Korean.
06Is it a guarantee that payments will work?
No. It is preparation guidance. Merchant rules, app verification, issuer controls and card acceptance can change. The report shows the reasoning so you can act on official information when it changes.
