Refund Policy
We want the policy to be clear before you pay. These are digital services delivered immediately, so the rules differ for the test and the report.
This page is provided in multiple languages for convenience. If there is any conflict, the English version governs.
The ¥1 payment test
The test fee is non-refundable once a test result is delivered, because the service and the live payment path have been used.
If money leaves your account but you never receive a result, email hello@testmypayment.com with the order reference. We will check the payment provider's records and refund a confirmed paid order if we cannot deliver the result.
A declined test payment is still a delivered test result and does not qualify for a refund of the ¥1 fee.
The ¥36.6 travel report
The report is generated and delivered immediately after payment. If it is not delivered, or a technical fault prevents you from accessing it, contact us within 14 days. We will restore access or refund the fee if the issue cannot be resolved.
Because the report is personalised and delivered instantly, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after you have accessed it. If you believe the report is materially incomplete or not as described, tell us — we will review the case fairly.
The report is general preparation guidance, not a promise that a particular payment will succeed. A later payment decline is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
How to request a refund
Email hello@testmypayment.com with the subject “Refund request”, the order reference, the email used for the order and a short description of the issue. We may ask for screenshots or additional information.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can resolve the problem. If you raise a chargeback, we may provide the payment provider and your bank with order and delivery records. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to the service being refused.
