Terms of Service

TestMyPayment provides a live payment rehearsal and information products for international travellers preparing to visit mainland China. We are not a bank, card issuer, wallet provider, money transmitter or travel agent.

We are independent and are not affiliated with Alipay, WeChat Pay, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, any bank or any government body.

The payment test costs ¥1 (CNY). The personalised travel report costs ¥36.6 (CNY). Prices are shown before you pay and are charged by our payment partner in Chinese yuan.

We may change prices for future orders. A price shown at checkout applies to that order.

You confirm that you are legally able to make the payment and that the email address and payment method you provide are yours or used with permission.

A payment test result is provided after the payment provider confirms the transaction. The result concerns one online CNY payment path at that moment. It is not a guarantee that any merchant, QR code, ATM or wallet will accept your card.

A travel report is generated from the answers you submit and delivered through a private link and, where possible, by email. It is general preparation guidance, not financial, legal, medical or security advice.

The ¥1 test is a digital service delivered as soon as the payment result is available. Once the result is delivered, the fee is non-refundable.

If a payment is taken but no test result is delivered, contact us with the order reference and we will investigate and, where appropriate, refund it.

If a report is not delivered or you cannot access it, contact us within 14 days. We will restore access or refund the report fee if we cannot reasonably resolve the problem. Refunds are not available merely because the guidance differs from another source or because a payment is later declined.

You agree not to use the service for fraud, money laundering, unlawful transactions, to test stolen payment credentials, to resell reports as your own, or to interfere with the site or payment systems.

We may refuse, cancel or reverse an order where there is a legal, security, sanctions or fraud concern, or where a payment is reversed.

We aim to keep the service available, but it depends on payment providers, hosting, email and networks we do not control. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including missed travel arrangements or merchant refusals, except where the law does not allow that limitation.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms for future use of the site. The version displayed when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
